Hi, I’m Brendan Booth - founder of Phone Booth Capital. After nearly a decade negotiating on behalf of the nation’s largest telecom companies, I saw firsthand how often property owners were left at a disadvantage. I started this company to help landowners take back control and get the value they deserve from their tower and rooftop assets.

A Decade on the Other Side

For nearly ten years, I worked on the other side of the wireless industry—representing and managing tower and rooftop portfolios for major operators like Verizon Wireless, AT&T, and American Tower. During that time, I helped shape portfolio strategy and gained a deep understanding of how these industry giants negotiate, price, and operate. It was a fast-paced environment that taught me how deals really get done—and where property owners often lose leverage.

Early on, a friend told me, “Focus on being relational over transactional.” That simple idea stuck with me. Building genuine relationships made the work more rewarding and paved the way for countless long-term successes—something I carry forward in every conversation today.
